Set them rolling
Hold one section of hair starting from the top of your head and twirl hair around the roller. Bend the two ends of the roller and place the opposite end through the eyelet. With the selected section of hair held in place, roll up outward or inward and lock the ends together, continue until all parts of your hair are set.

Create special effects
4 of the 16 rollers are shorter with no end caps, but come with clips to hold them in place. They work great in giving volume to layers, curling bangs and loose ends.

for spiral curls
Use the long fat rollers with the interlocking ends. When they cool, either 'finger-comb' the curls to loosen them up or comb through gently.

for romantic waves
Use the 4 shorter fat rollers with the clips ( and some of the longer fat rollers if hair is long) and brush or comb hair out to the degree of loose-ness you want. Short fat rollers work great on bangs and layers too.

for coiled ringlets
Use the thin rollers to get the tightest curls and leave them in till they cool. (A little gel before you roll helps the set last longer & curls stay tighter!)
